Together with my colleague from the European Parliament Tanja Fajon (S&D) – we kindly invite you to join us at the world premiere of the documentary film Terra Magica, which will be held on Tuesday, 17 November 2015 at 6 p.m. in the center of Brussels: Cinema Galeries, Galerie de la Reine 26, 1000 Brussels.
The movie Terra Magica, which is the work of Slovenian author Jure Breceljnik, who recently tragically passed away, is the story of Goriška Brda, a region in the western part of Slovenia, where wine has been cultivated even before the Romans. ?TERRA MAGICA? shows the remarkable story of a small number of people from the region, who – with their dedication and hard work – revived the traditional, natural and biodynamic ways of making wine.
Before the projection (the movie is subtitled in English) there will be an official opening with short introduction. The premiere of ?Terra Magica? will be followed by a reception with the presence of wine makers featured in the movie, as well as serving of their excellent Slovenian wines!
We will be hosting the following ?wine makers?:
Aleš Kristančič, Aleks Simčič, Marjan Simčič, Marko Skočaj and Stojan Ščurek.
